Shipping policy

  • If you have questions and concerns about your shipment, please contact the courier service provider company with the tracking number provided. It is the buyer's responsibility to track their order for clarification of delivery times or delays since once their order leaves cafécafé, it is out of our control.
  • Shipments are made from Monday to Saturday (does not include Sundays or holidays), these could be made up to three business days after making the purchase.
  • Shipping within Mexico takes up to 5 business days.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

  • International shipments take up to 20 business days.
  • Customs review times cannot be precise.
  • All international orders are subject to charging additional VAT or customs tax; These fees and taxes vary by country. cafécafé is not responsible for the payment of such taxes and import taxes.
  • cafécafé will not be responsible for any items lost during shipping.

Returns or refunds

  • cafécafé does not accept returns, however, if a product different from the one requested is received, it will be replaced including packaging costs.
